The work is dedicated to study of characteristics of seismicity and seismotectonic process in Carpathian region zones by seismological and geophysical data.

For specification of coordinates and depths of carpathian earthquake hypocenters two methods are realized: first - the determination and application of middle kinematic deviations of seismic body waves for separate stations and different seismoactive zones; second - the construction of calculating Transcarpathian (Mucatchiv) hodograph on the base of created by the DSZ data velocity model of Transcarpathians lithosphere, that give as a possibility to increase the precision of determination of these parameters in number of times.

Correlation with MD and MSH magnitudes of carpathian earthquakes also is analysed and a regional scale of MD magnitudes, with MSH magnitudes scale statistically balanced, is created.

On the base of complex analysis and interpretation of seismological, geological and geophysical, geodesic and geomorphological data basic peculiarities of seismotectonic process in Bukovyna lithosphere are determined, and also the typical earthquake mechanisms of Beregove seismoactive zone of Transcarpathians are decoded, which defined, as the slide-extension kinematics mechanisms.
